Full Weekend
As weather warms and trees have exchanged their blossoms for new leaves, activities fill every weekend. People are anxious to get out and enjoy all there is. I am certainly one of those. Friday evening, my friend and I attended the high school production of “Les Miserables”. I’d previously seen it done professionally in San Francisco, so I was prepared to be disappointed. However, it was excellent and the male lead was incredible--what a voice! I was brought to tears. Later that night, I juggled two wonderful musical performances. First, I had dinner on the patio at C.R. Gibbs and listened to my friends of “Indigo Brew”. Later, I left and went to the “Post Office Saloon” to hear “Allison Scull and Victor Martin” play. How lucky am I?
Then, I headed out to the annual Mother’s Day Art and Crafts Fair in Old Shasta. I met up with my girlfriend and her daughter and ran into many people I knew.
Full fun weekend! Hoping you enjoyed yourself too.
