Photo Hunt Theme: Free
When visiting Boston last summer, there was a group of young people walking around with "Free Hug" signs. My friend, of course, had to get hers!
My late husband's grave reminds me that he is free of the pain of cancer. Free also of the confines of life and all which that entails.

You express your free in different but meaningful ways. I have visited those who had suffered from cancer. I can understand some of the harsh side effects from treatment. On the positive side, death from cancer is freedom from pain and suffering.
My free is posted.
I love free hugs!
And I'm sorry for the loss of your husband.
GReat choices. I am sorry for your loss.
Both very touching photos. Lots of ways to interpret free.
Have a wonderful weekend!

It can't make up for what you've gone through, but it's all I have to offer.
These are wonderful ways of showing the theme. I'm so sorry about your husband (mine died in 1992 so I know your pain). Come on over to see my thoughts on "free." :D

Have a great Weekend!!!
awww... your post kinda made me sad and happy at the same time...
when I first saw that the theme was FREE, I immediately thought that a child's smile costs nothing and was thinking of posting my late nephew's pic... but I decided to choose something from nature instead...
my nephew is also now free from pain of cancer.. he was taken from us too soon but he's made our lives richer in the short time he was with us...
Great expressions of free. Sorry to hear of your loss. Have a wonderful week.
I'm so sorry for your loss. Such an important description of free.
I too am a military spouse (he retired after 30 years), and my husband is also dealing with cancer (renal cell carcinoma). I'm sorry you lost your mate but I know the body he lost was just that, a body, his spirit continues to live.
I'm enjoying Eckhart Tolle's book too - have you read Disappearance of the Universe?
Keep moving forward Claudia!!
